I, Sri Bhaskar Dutta, M.Sc. (Chemistry), based in India and reachable via bhaskardutta1487@gmail.com or bhabanidutta6@gmail.com, have devoted the past forty-five years to the pursuit of inventing a perpetual energy machine. The theoretical foundation for such a machine was established forty years ago. Despite my persistent efforts, I have encountered challenges in securing an advanced Mechanical Engineering laboratory to experimentally validate the feasibility of these theoretically designed machines.

Over the years, I have reached out to various universities, institutes, and renowned individuals seeking support, but unfortunately, my appeals have been unsuccessful. Since 1980, I have submitted my perpetual machine designs to different universities and dignitaries, only to face rejection based on the grounds that it violates the theory of conservation of energy. It is important to note that while the conservation of energy principle applies in the visible or “white” domain, it may not be tenable in the domain of dark energy, which is the medium my proposed perpetual machine operates on.

The significance of my pursuit extends beyond personal ambition; it addresses a critical concern for the entire human civilization. With fossil fuels depleting and causing severe environmental damage, my perpetual machine running on dark energy could offer a sustainable solution.

In 2016, prompted by a suggestion from my teenage relative and friend, Sujan Kumar, I shifted my focus to contribute constructively to abstract science without the need for a laboratory. I delved into advanced particle and astrophysics, overcoming my limitations as a master’s graduate in chemistry to develop groundbreaking concepts that challenge established ideas in advanced physics.

I now share my findings on the Theory of Everything (TOE) openly on the internet for public opinion and the benefit of future generations. I earnestly request internet authorities, individuals, and any relevant entities not to delete, erase, tamper with, or claim/use my concepts and articles for personal interests without my explicit consent.

As an independent researcher unaffiliated with any university or institute, I present my article on TOE in a comprehensible manner, avoiding mathematical complexities to make it accessible to a broader audience. Simultaneously, I submit this article to various scientists, dignitaries, and institutes, urging them to share it with other professionals in the field globally.

I extend a sincere appeal to peaceful, liberal, and technologically advanced countries to provide laboratory assistance, enabling me to verify the feasibility of my perpetual energy machine concepts, comprising twelve distinct models.
